Clarence, New York

The town of Clarence is the oldest township in Erie County. Situated 20 miles east of downtown Buffalo and bordering the town of Amherst, this rustic community is home to many interesting antique shops, restaurants, and specialty shops.

Grand Island, New York

Surrounded by the Niagara River, Grand Island covers about 33 squaremiles and is one of the largest fresh water island sin the United States. There are many spacious waterfront homes with boat launches and wide-opened wooded areas. Beaver Island State Park is a popular attraction featuring two excellent golf courses, a beach, and boardwalk.
